EQUIPMENT RENTALS AND ANCILLARY SERVICES
We offer a diverse inventory of well-maintained rental equipment and accessories to meet different project requirements. Our priority as always is to ensure equipment reliability, efficiency and safety, with detailed and comprehensive technical support from the base to meet up with operational exigencies at the rig site. We ensure that these equipment are calibrated and tested prior to load out from our base. As a minimum, we always have back ups for all our rental equipment which do not attract any additional cost. Our rental equipment includes, but not limited to transfer pumps (various), Wilden pumps and accessories, filtration units and specialized mixing systems, storage tanks, hoses and coupling.
RESERVOIR REMEDIATION AND CHEMICAL EOR
Our aim is to minimize alterations in reservoir permeability, this is critical and should be considered in all well operations, since formation damage can occur during drilling, completion, production and workover phases of operation. Our carefully designed/formulated microemulsion fluids will reduce the interfacial tension, enhance oil solubilization and fluidize the filter cake and other solids in the pores of the formation to stimulate/remediate damaged reservoirs. This will ensure clean flow paths/channels for optimum oil recovery performance and enhanced injection rate,it solubilizes the oil in the emulsion and filter cake, leaving the solids and surfaces in in a water wet state. The sized CaC03 which served as bridging agents in the formation are removed by the acetic acid, while the remaining drill solids are completely dispersed and mobilized.
LABORATORY SERVICES
Nadia Energy Services limited boasts of a state-of-the-art quality assurance and control laboratory facilities base in Port Harcourt where drilling fluids, completion, workover and production Chemicals are analyzed to API standards. Our major references, but not limited to API 13B-2 SPECIFICATION for field testing of oil-based drilling fluids (Fifth Edition, April, 2014, Addendum 2018). API 13B -1 SPECIFICATION for field testing of water-based drilling fluids; (Fifth Edition, 2019). Pilot test of procured chemical products and prior to mobilization to the rig, is a key aspect of our laboratory operations. We employ advanced analytical techniques and methods to access fluid properties, composition and performance characteristics. Our laboratory services encompass a comprehensive range of tests from basic to advanced or specialized mud properties analysis on all chemical products. BASIC AND ADVANCED FLUIDS ENGINEERING TRAINING
We offer basic and advance drilling fluids engineering training modules. The basic module covers basically, functions, types and testing of drilling mud systems (WBM, OBM & SBM); wellbore stability management while drilling, effective cuttings removal and pressure control. With reference to fluids properties and testing (API/IADC) standards; mud clay chemistry and additives; solids control equipment; hydraulics and hole cleaning;Drilling challenges and management; environmental and safety standards.
The advanced drilling fluids training module focuses on optimizing well performance, managing complex wellbore stability problems; designing high performance mud systems, rheology management, especially in high temperature wells; stuck pipe and lost circulation, solids control; HPHT challenges; environmental and statutory compliance.
